The Gresham Redevelopment Commission (GRDC) is responsible for implementing the Rockwood-West Gresham Renewal Plan.
Under Gresham law, members of the
Gresham City Council serve as the GRDC.

Meetings
GRDC meetings allow necessary Urban Renewal business to be dealt with, such as bid and grant awards, budget adoption, public hearings, resolutions, project approval and related updates and policy and property matters.
COVID-19 emergency order meeting procedure
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, GRDC meetings are held online via Zoom at 2:00 pm on the third Tuesday of the month, subject to change.
Meeting agenda materials are posted to this page approximately one week before the meeting. See specific meeting date below to access the meeting agenda materials and the Zoom access information for that meeting. The agenda materials can also be accessed via the
Council Meeting Agendas and Videos webpage as follows: Under "Upcoming Events," select the Redevelopment Commission Agenda. An active link to the Zoom meeting is posted on page 1 of the Agenda. Phone numbers are also posted for the option of attending the meeting by phone.
Please note: 24-hours advance notice is required to request translation services or alternate arrangements if you are unable to access a GRDC meeting via Zoom, and 24-hours advance registration is required to provide written or oral testimony. See meeting agenda for complete details.
